Applescripts & where they live...

Hi everyone, I've just downloaded some scripts for iTunes to do a some basic stuff. I've ran the scripts & no probs but in the downloaded 'disc', there's a little installer icon. When i click it i get a msg telling me that it's a droplet etc, and the script will end up in username/library/itunes/script folder. But that folder doesn't exist.
Where can i store my new scripts? Can i just put them in username/library/scripts?
I mean I'll hardly need them very often. I'm new to all this applescript stuff,
would apreciate any help, thanks

The only scripts that must be in a specific place are folder action scripts, inside the Folder Action Scripts folder (not to be confused with the Folder Actions folder). All the others can go anywhere.

You could create a scripts folder inside the iTunes folder. My computer doesn't have a scripts folder there, either.

Thanks for the speedy reply. Stupid of me, but all I had to do was drop the scripts on the installer. It created the folder in itunes, and all was well. Hmm, mental note, read the readme files first!
