I live in Japan and use my ATV 3 primarily to watch MLB and NFL games on my TV (I pay for those subscriptions). However, there are so many programs on the ATV that are offered and I want to watch but can't because I don't have a cable provider. Is there any work-around for this? Thanks.

No work around that I know of unless you happen to be in the military and residing on a US base that provides cable. (All the military bases in the Tokyo area have closed cable.)
