Go get it using Software Update or here: http://docs.info.apple.com/article.html?artnum=120193

Keynote 1.0.1 is the World Wide release of Keynote. This update provides support for the following languages: Japanese, French, German, Dutch, Italian and Spanish.

Keynote 1.0 must be installed in the Applications folder on your startup volume.

You must save your work and quit Keynote before starting the update.
