Morning all :)

I have the Apple One Family Plan (£19.95 per month). There are two other family members connected to the plan,

However they receive daily messages that their iCloud storage is full. It's my understanding that they get the extra storage linked to my iCloud account. Is this correct or do they need to purchase their own storage plan separate to the One Family Plan?

If they should have access to the storage via my plan, how would I go about this, or is it a case of contacting Apple Suppot?

thanks in advance, Nick

I solved the issue by deleting and then re-inviting the family members. all good (until it isn't - again!)
