Apple Mail sending on prem exchange emails as seperate attachments - why ?

Hi everyone,

I'm having an issue sending emails from my Apple Mac via an on-premises Exchange server. The problem is that when recipients open the emails, the entire message is broken down into separate attachments. This includes the email body, signature, and any additional attachments I included.

Is this a common issue, and is there a way to fix it?
