Awesome, Now I have proof to show to my fellow Mac haters at work that claim that Apples are just as unreliable as PC's. Yeah right. Way to go Apple!!!!

I had a DOA 4G 20Gb iPod. I called Apple, tried a few technical issues and then when it still didn't work, they told me to wait for a return label. They sent the return label express which took two days, I sent back the iPod which was also express and the new iPod came overnight (that's a lot of $$ in shipping costs). Anyway, I had a replacement about 5-6 days after receiving the broken one which is testament to their great customer service.
