Hi, I have an iTunes gift card from the US but am currently stationed in another country. According to the terms and conditions, a US iTunes gift card can only be used in the United States. So if I redeem my gift card while I am out of state, it is illegal? Which means my gift card cannot be used until I am back in the US? Thanks.

You can only use Apple Gift cards purchased in the US at the US online Apple store (including US App store, US iTunes App store) and at Apple stores throughout the US. You can not use them from outside the US and its territories.
