Any way to archive/pull IMAP mail off the server?

Obviously I have a quota on my mail server.. is there any way with Mail to have it automatically (or manually) pull mail off the server and store it locally in an archive or something like that? How do you guys manage it so you don't have a huge 800MB mailbox on your web host/ISP?

You can move the messages into a local folder in Mail. That will remove it from the server (since it is no longer in the Inbox).
When you create the folder, make sure you specify "On this Mac".
