ANY sound through airtunes?

I'm trying to find a way to put ANY sound through airtunes, I got Airfoil, but I'm not sure if this is what i'm looking for.

Basically I want to play internet music, such as music played through MySpace etc, or even just sound affects etc. etc.

If anyone has any suggestions please let me know.

Airfoil will do it, but be warned there is a delay.
