Right, today i went out shopping with my mum :D
and i was saying how she should buy a mac, and we found a second had mac G4 blue/white in a shop for £140.
so i was lyk omg buy it.. however it only has OS 9 on it and i wanted to know if i can put osx tiger or panther on it

Any one know if this is possible, another problem i have is i only have the intel version of tiger, is this still okay? Its the one that came as restore cds with my mac book

You can install panther or tiger fine on a G4

You will have to buy your own copy of Tiger though because, 1) its illegal to use your macbooks install disc on any computer besides your macbook, 2) it wouldn't even work
