Unfortunately, I can't wear cargo pants to the office. That's why I usually carry my wallet in a coat/jacket pocket or in my briefcase.

And like stretch, I *hate* carrying a wallet in a front pants pocket.

(I'll avoid the temptation to talk about bone's 'amazing butt.' I'll take his word for it. :)

I know a lot of guys who don't carry a wallet at all-- they've switched to a money clip. I've considered that and may make the jump at some point.

where have you been sir? we miss you.

Thanks, KoDorSean--- it's been crazy here. Work has been keeping me very busy, plus I have a wedding coming up and I just sold my home and I'm in the process of buying a new one.

It's amazing that I found myself with time on a Saturday night to visit my old pals here at the Forums. It's great to be here!

:)

so you've got the cabbie bone?

i'm with you on the no back pocket thing.
my ideal place is on cargo pants, right side pocket especially if it's zippered.
although i do have my keys on a beltloop, mostly it's due to all the card entry i have to do at work.
Yeah, I am a bit of a timbuk 2 fan. Bought one for the kid a few years back and then myself when the blogger came out. Order the wallet and a few pouches. It sucks though cause in canada it more the 30$ shipping no matter what the order.

This is what happen with ComicLife and too much free time.

The key chain thing I get, on the belt is better then those curly colored things the lady at the banks use. I have too many cards and such for a clip, and my wallet is an "inbox" that I empty daily. Nights out or formal stuff I use a small wallet for 2 cards and money. In the summer when I don't have sport coat or jacket I just throw the wallet in my man purse.

As for my butt, You can take that to the bank.

I prefer the standard black leather wallet myself.

Bi-fold is the way to go. I keep a card for all of my accounts, along with my security badge for the base, and my military ID, along with my DL. I don't often carry more than $20 cash, so my wallet is usually thin. I do have a bad habit of putting all of my receipts in my wallet until I get home, but sometimes I forget until it gets uncomfortable to drive. At work I lock my wallet in my locker, because sometimes the bilge in my ship gets hungry, and I don't want to accidentally feed it my wallet. :)
