Allows me to log in but when in log I see no icon at all

I am a very paranoid person when it comes to having data or equipment stolen
So last night while I was exploring the options on my main drive options I saw a lock icon and a option for no access or read only ect...
Well I chose my name and chose no access thinking that in order for anyone to have access they would need to know my access code, but now when I log in the screen is just blue with no icons "nothing!" how do access my drive I did back everything up before attempting this, but I am a music producer with thousands of songs and high price music program on my main drive, how can I see everything again, I hope I did erase everything, that would be a disaster

i have the same problem?? blue blank screen no icons?? not sure what to do!!
other accts you can log into fine but mine being the adminstrator i can't? help anyone??
