After replacement still bad:(

i have just return the new machine i just got which is for repalcement of dead pixle of the screen(just one at the right down side ), and i am just wondering if it is acceptable for apple consumer( have one dead pixle on the screen )

Do you guys think i should call the apple service for another replacement?

From what I have read. You can have from 1 to 7 pixels dead before a monitor is replaced and 1 to 5 dead pixels on a laptop screen. This is all depending on the placement of the dead pixels.

So Apple will not replace a screen with 1 dead pixel. You can try to massage it gently. That is how I was able to resolve the 1 bad pixel on my powerbook.
