Adobe Photoshop CS3

i had adobe cs3 installed but, i put the files in trash and empty trash can, now im trying to install it again and then this come:

ive tryed alot of things trying to delete something, but nothin changes, please help me delete the old files so i can install it again

get the cs3clean script from adobe, run that to clean the system and install again
