Our Ipad Air is very old original (2014) but we need some advice. When a PDF is attached to a mail we sometimes need to print that document, and sometimes the original font is tiny. Whereas we can increase size to read on screen, we cannot work out how to change the font larger for printed output. Any thoughts. We don't have iWorks.

Do you have a Mac or is the iPad Air the only device? If you have a Mac you can copy the PDF to it and then use the Preview app to increase the size of the font before sending it to the printer.

Other than that and what Ian suggested above, I know of no other way to change to a larger font for printing.
