It certainly help us to answer your question if you had included some simple specs like which version of OS X you're using? I'll answer assuming you're using Mavericks:
Go to your Applications folder and open the contacts.app. Find the contact and associated address that's corrupt and double click on it. A box will open to the left. Place your cursor in that box and the word "edit" will appear. From there you can edit the contact or just delete it and re-enter it.
