I'm looking at my System Preferences > Accounts pane under Mac OS X 10.3.2 and the Accounts pane seem to be different than what others have.

Speficially I'm lookking for the "Allow User to Login from Windows" option but it's not there. Also I notice other screenshots (like here: http://www.digitalmediadesigner.com/2002/09_sep/tutorials/macwinnet0209272.htm) have the pictures etc in one popup. My Accounts screenshot is attached. Anyone know how to get the correct version?

Yeah, strange. Thing is I can't find anything about my different version on google. And I need that option to set up windows networking. At the moment Windows can't access my Mac.

I don't have a solution, but I will point out this. The link to the web site you are referring to is based on OS X 10.2, whereas you are running OS X 10.3.2.
