Way... way too many specs to list.
In system preferences, go to keyboard and mouse, trackpad and then select Two Finger Secondary Click.

No problem, the other one I can't help you with. I've found that on wide screen systems the extra space is normally useless as most websites are best displayed at around 1024x768 anyway.

With safari I manually do fullscreen I find that it's anoying I read about this trick but never tried it out tough:
http://www.jydesign.com/safari/

EDIT:
You have to bookmark this:
javascript:self.moveTo(0,0);self.resizeTo(screen.availWidth,screen.availHeight);
Then click the bookmark to fullscreen It works just checked it

It's ctrl+click not command+click.
Two finger tap is brilliant! Definitely use that.

I find the not opening to full screen very annoying. I started using Firefox, which is what I used on PC. Once I stretched it to full screen, it has opened full screen ever since.

open your browser program, safari i guess in this case and let it open however, the regular size.

Drag it to full window size. Click the green plus sign, And then click it again.
Should go from full screen -> how it opened -> full screen.

now everytime you click the green plus itll go full screen, back to how it opens style. The plus sign will alternate between the two.

hope that helps.
