i did geekbench test on 2 types of RAMs on my *MBP 13" 2.9ghz i7 mid 2012.

My guess is that the MBP is natively expecting to talk to memory at 1600 MHz. You pop in faster memory, and the memory has deal with the slightly slower bus and that impact might show itself on a slightly slower memory speed and thus overall performance speed. The numbers are fairly close between the two types of memory, so the impact isn't huge, but it does deal credence to the statement that you get the best bang for your buck matching memory speeds with what the computer expects and faster rated memory doesn't necessarily mean overall faster performance..

What do you feel when you use the MBP? Which set of ram do you feel works better for you?

Regardless of memory speed the computer bus speed and the processor clock speed are going to limit the faster memory results. The memory is still going to get the data at the same rate of speed from the bus, processor or even drive swap. Yes it can move the data faster with in the memory but it still moves in and out at the same speed as before so you will see a minimal boost from faster memory.
