So we have large, office, network connected printers at work. But to print locally, near my work area I purchased and use an HP Tango wireless printer. It is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as our work MBA Laptops. Recently I've noticed strange things coming off this printer, not from me, and no one has come looking for these prints. I asked our techs about locking out other users and only allowing my computer to use this printer, but they aren't sure how to do it.
Is this something that's possible to do?
If yes, can someone explain?

Check this link and scroll to the bottom. This is a generic document, but it should give you an idea of what you can try.

In case you need more help than what Ashwin's suggested solution contains, there are several other hits you could check out here:

Basically, there's usually a setting accessible from the printer itself to set up and install a password on your LAN router to restrict its printing access and use.
