Where's my iMac!?!?!?

I ordered my 17", 1.8 iMac from Amazon.com on 10/12 and received it on 10/18 via UPS Ground. Very Happy so far!

I can't wait to receive mine! Ill ordered it Wednesday and they said 7-14 days since it was a special order, but they usually send it sooner they said.. so I can't wait!

I wouldn't have purchased it online. I prefer to go to an Apple store and talk to an actual person ? (overrated some might think, in this era of technology ) I get a much safer feeling when I deal with someone live.

But either way, you had a bad experience that's all. Let's not forget that Apple ships hundreds of computers everyday to all over the world. Enough said.

9 days left! Unless they tell me it's still delayed I added 1 Gig of RAM and the larger hard drive plus bluetooth and airport.. so mine is pretty customized so it takes a bit longer

my dad ordered a 14" ibook with bluetooth built in and a ipod at the same time and it took about 1 month to turn up. it turns out that it comes from the Far East then its shiped to somewere eles in the Far East then to Holland then finaly to me in the UK. this took ages its because we ordered cases for the ipod and iBook and all the packages had to go to Holland to be packed together then sent to us, but they were all sitting in this warehouse waiting to be packaged together for like 1 week because the apple warehouse people are lazy. My dad phoned up and kept chasing it and eventually it was sorted. So I advise you to phone them up and keep bugging them till you find out what is going on.

Unfortunately can't open it up until X-Mas so won't be able to check it out to make sure there are no issues
