i grabbed some subway on the way to work tonight.

12" ciabatta - toasted
turkey and provolone
lettuce, onion, black pepper, vinegar, just a little mayo.

actually pretty tasty. very much like the turkey sandwiches i used to pick up and two or three different delis in new jersey as i was growing up.
