Update 10.7.4 OS X Lion

I know that we are so close to Mountain Lion but, for the time being could anybody tell me if they have also had an update issue with 10.7.4. I have tried several different methods in downloading this update but, have had no luck what so ever. I could be Airport Utility or iTunes...I don't know. It shows four total updates. Airport, OS X, iTunes and, java. Not in that order. It fails every time.

Also, i have an issues with the fact that my login is fine, I have access to everything but, if I create another user, that user cannot even access system preferences.

Anyone who could possibly assist me with those issues please do so. Thanks.

Sounds like you haven't given yourself Admin status. Set your account to Admin.
