I've not updated yet because engadget reported that Netflix wasn't working on Safari 5 and would have to be fixed. Report

Check out GlimmerBlocker! I have not had any crashes since I stopped using AdBlocker and GlimmerBlocker works with all browsers that you have installed in 64-bit mode. It can even block ads in streaming TV with a bit of configuration!

I like Glimmerblocker better than adblock, it works with all browsers, can't say enough about clicktoflash.. more extensions

Downloaded new version of Safari and it seems to load our homepage slower than the previous version. Overall, the new version seems a bit slower than Chrome to me.

The Glims, Cookies, & AdBlocker preference addons all seem to work fine for me, along with Click-To-Flash.
