I have Mac Pro 1 1
Processor: 2 x 2 GHz Dual-Core Intel Xeon
Memory: 8 GB 667 MHz DDR2 FB-DIMM
Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce 7300 GT 2 MB
I can't get any other resolution option except 800x600 in Display Settings!
Any solution?

Your Mac's Specs
2011 27" iMac, 1TB(partitioned) SSD, 20GB, OS X 10.11.6 El Capitan
A few more details would sure help, but meanwhile you could try downloading and giving SwitchResX a try:

PS: You don't even mention what display monitor or size you're using.

But I guess it doesn't matter considering the graphic capabilities of that GPU:
The NVIDIA GeForce 7300 GT is capable of simultaneously supporting a 30" display like the 30" Cinema Display HD (2560x1600 native) and a 23" display like the 23" Cinema Display (1920x1200 native).
