Reinstalling Snow Leopard

Ok. I had reinstalled my OS completely, updated to Snow Leopard and everything and it worked like a charm for one day. Now my radio buttons are back to that application's format :( :( I can't understand what the problem is.

Things just don't happen by itself ... there must be a reason.

I have no idea. I did not install anything but Snow Leopard's updates from apple.com.
