I've recently been having loads of problems with my 13" macbook pro. However I am at the brink of fixing it. This is the last problem I am having before it is fixed:
I bought a new pair of RAM cards the other day and they arrived today. They are both 2gb so my mac will be 4gb ram.
I put my cards in today and when I went onto system profiler, it said that BANK 0/DIMM0 is empty. So naturally I thought that I had put the cards in wrong, so I took them out and put them in again. When I turned it on and went back onto System Profiler it still said bank 0 was empty.
I thought one of the cards may have been faulty so I swaped them around to see if this would make Bank 1 empty. However, it still said that Bank 0 was empty, so it is not that cards but the slot.
I am putting them in correctly so I think it might be an issue with the slot.
Does anyone know what to do! :/
