Hello all,
This is my first post however i have been lurking for quite a while. My 65-w power converter for my 20" Cinema display (MacPro) has stopped working after a move that i just made. The screen is displaying the short long short light pattern on it indicating that it is the incorrect power adapter, however i know it is not, as I have used this for quite a while. I am dismayed to find out that a new converter is over $130 which is a bit outrageous. I also run a 24" ViewSonic (VA2431wm) as my secondary monitor and switch between the two for two sources.
I believe I can get the same monitor for about the same price as I get preferred pricing from our vendors. Any inherent risks for running two of these displays instead of the 1 apple and the viewsonic as a secondary (docking screen)
Thanks.
