It appears that Ian is not only a top notch physician, but is also quite a horticulturist!

Beautiful roses Ian. Our climate here in Texas does not always lend itself to growing roses and other flowers. They would require too much watering and we are always on water conservation and restrictive watering of our property. Besides all that, you should see the horrendous water bills we get every month. Our water bills are higher than our electric ones and we keep the air conditioning system on 24 hours/day.

Ouch!!!

We actually needed to turn on our air conditioning for a short period during a heat wave a few years ago, and that certainly put a bit of a dent into our household budget!!! :D
