on my iphone12... when I am on a call with somebody and another one wants to call or message or FaceTime me..... I don't seem to have that option where I can accept or decline as I did on my iPhone 7.
how do i get that option to show?

I read online one person suggested pressing the sleep button on the side and that will stop the call. but what if I want to answer the call?

Make sure you have notifications set to on for the phone and turn on "Call Waiting". You should be able to answer the second call without disconnecting the first one.

Good catch Charlie. I didn't think of that.

I used that feature earlier today and didn't realize that the call waiting option had to be on. I must have turned that on so long ago I forgot about it.

I seem to remember call waiting was on by default in the older versions of iOS. Ever since Apple implemented the privacy features for iOS many of those iPhone options are off by default.
