Ah you got me all excited. Mine still doesn't say anything yet my cover says preparing to ship now

I got that email about a hour ago...i am super excited... I can't wait. Everything is shipped but the dock that I ordered... Which won't ship til the 1st... Apple should of made those ahead of time..

So from your previous post, you said you order at 4:30am eastern, which is a full 45 mins later than I did... But yet yours shipped. That's kinda bizarre.

I am not complaining too much though, I have an iPad 2 on hand the one I ordered online,mi am in no rush to get, well sorta.

I'm not sure, I've ever had a pricey computer not shipped from China. I remember my iPad from last year being shipped from China.

Well there are 18 different models and I'm sure some will ship before others.

That seems about right to me. It would be interesting, if there was a priority queue for shipping out the more popular models first.

So the Smart Cover I ordered online and shipped Friday just arrived.... Awesome.

That probably means that they have the default shipping as overnight.

We ordered a pair of 64G Verizon 3G black iPad 2s. Put in the order at 0406 est after being woken up an hour prior with the news of the earthquake (my brother & his family are on spring break vacation in Tokyo). I couldn't go back to sleep worrying about them, so I figured, what the ****, let's order iPads! lol... We had planned to buy a pair as an anniversary present, so it wasn't exactly an impulse buy though.

Our order shows the iPads as being prepared for shipment, my pink cover has already shipped, and the black leather cover for my husband's is not even prepared for shipment yet.

They are will worth the wait. I've been glued to mine since I got it yesterday and I had already had an iPad 1.0

Looks like our iPads have "shipped", they're in FedEx's hands leaving Shenzen! Will arrive sometime next week, my guess is Wednesday.

I am getting the feeling that they have more black iPads than white. I've been noticing that those who ordered black ones are shipping sooner.

The one I ordered online hasn't yet shipped... Oh well!

As much as I anxious to get it, I am not sweating it. I really don't need it till some time by the end of next week or early the week after (before my parents B-Day).

I already got mine on hand on launch day. And it's righteous.
