Opening "I belong to" message.

I have moved and need to change the :I belong to" message that shows when starting my MacBook Air. Is there a way to do this?

I have never seen this message myself, and can't even find a reference to this feature anywhere in a brief web search. Can you elaborate on what exact model you have, version of macOS, and anything else that may be relevant, such as the ownership history of that MacBook?
