iPad Air 3, iPad OS 17.1.1
When attempting to connect with App Store, the message "Your iPad is not connected to the Internet." appears. The iPad is in fact connected, verified by logging on to various web sites. Checked Wi-Fi settings, changed to different Wi-Fi signal, same results.

You may want to power cycle the iPad to see if that clears things up.

@PapaRed1

Just in case you are unaware of how to do a Forced/Hard Reboot of your iPad, here is a Link to an easy explanation from Apple Support:

Well worth doing this as Moderator Ashwin advised.

Did a forced restart, same result. Maybe I just don't need App Store. ;)

That is very odd. Is it perhaps region based? You don't say where you are located. FWIW, my iPhone is able to get to the App Store in the US.

It seems the App Store is online and working here, lower Vancouver Island area, British Columbia Canada:

Maybe try shutting down your router and rebooting it and see if that makes any difference.

It seems you didn't read the problem statement. The iPad is in fact connected, verified by logging on to various web sites. Checked Wi-Fi settings, changed to different Wi-Fi signal, same results.

It seems you don't want to bother trying the suggestion, so don't bother trying even if it's not working to connecting to the App Store I guess. Suit yourself.

It seems like the issue is isolated to just the App Store and just you for now. There is no wide spread outage reported.

If everything else is working on the device, then a call to Apple is in order to see what they can help you with.

We're done here for now.
