Partitioning

Ok, I got the message with the underscore, and I got it to boot as Mac and I removed the partition, but it would be really nice if someone could give me a step by step (very detailed), process for setting up my partition, and then booting as Windows 7.

That's covered in the documentation that you're prompted to print out when you run Boot Camp Assistant. It holds your hand step by step. Highly recommended.
