What you have is a situation that can only be resolved by erasing the entire drive and starting over. Make sure you backup your OS X partition first before doing anything. If you can't get access to your Windows partition (Boot Camp) and have no backup, all your Windows data will be lost.
Whenever you have a dual boot using Boot Camp, you can not re-size the partitions without using special software. As moderator Slydude indicated, only CampTune can re-size a Boot Camp partition without loss of data. Some folks also use WinClone to copy the Windows partition first, but that too will require a re-install. Sorry, but I don't know of any other way to resolve your problem.
