Just plugged 22" Dell into Bookendz. The monitor recognized the connection and my photo display background pictures are cycling normally. However, none of the programs display over there - Safari, Entourage, etc and the dock that displays at the bottom of the MacBook screen doesn't show up on the monitor. Can ya point me in the right direction to get this fixed? ... thanks

Sounds like you have your monitor in extended desktop mode. Simply drag your windows to the left of right (right is default I think) of your screen and they will go over onto the next screen.

Alternatively, go to System Preferences > Displays > then choose 'Mirroring'.
