I was under the impression the guys selling macs a BB were mac employees? or at least trained by them? isnt that why they wear the same "uniform" as at the apple store?
how many times have you talked to a specialist at an apple store that didnt know what they were talking about... some people just cant be trained...

The Best Buy I went to had a guy who was there from Apple and one of the "blue shirts" was an "Apple Expert". I guess it depends on what store you go to, because the only reason why I bought my laptop there was because they knew what they were talking about. But then when I went to another store, it was the complete opposite.
