Mac printing using Windows 10 shared printer

Ever since our computer has been upgraded from Windows 7 to Windows 10, my iMac 10.11.6 hasn't been able to print anymore.

I've tried multiple tutorials, guides, tips found on the internet, but all without success.

Is there anyone who has success printing from a mac using a shared Windows 10 printer?
