Mac Mini and Denon 4308 Receiver problem

Hi,

i am trying to run my new Mac Mini through a Denon 4308A receiver via HDMI, when i plug it in i get the loading screen and then it goes blank. If i plug directly into my Panasonic TV it works fine.

i have the Mac set to 1080p but have tried 720p but still no picture, ihave also tried different HDMI ports on the receiver and different HDMI cables but no joy.

Make sure that the Denon is setup correctly on the HDMI port you are using. You need to ensure that it will auto-sense the resolution and change accordingly. I have a Denon 5308-CI and it's no problem at all.
