Those look like settings for when you're on a domain, which requires a server edition of Windows. Plus, last I checked, not many home users had dedicated domains for their home networks, just workgroups.
I figured it out!! I cannot believe it was so simple. All I had to do was go into the Networking preferences and disable password required to access shared files/folders. Works like a charm now!!
