ok, i'm having a cancer radiation treatment next week that requires me to be away from my family for a week. with this type of radiation i will be emitting levels of radioactivity that can be harmful to children but not technically high enough to admit me into isolation (in many areas it is but not here) and i have three small children including a newborn. i'm spending a week in a hotel and will absolutely climb the walls if i don't have my lifeline to the outside world. i'm supposed to frequently wash my hands, wash sheets and clothes everyday and (most humiliating) sit while going #1 so as not to "splash". with all of those precautions i'm wondering if there's anything i can do short of wearing gloves to keep any normal level of perspiration from my hands off of my keyboard. is there any sort of cover made to go over the macbook keyboards that anyone knows about? i've haven't been able to find any myself. also, if anyone knows, will the radiation i'm emitting be dangerous the the computer itself?
