It's a Dell Inspiron 600m that had a broken DC-in jack. I bought it for $20, paid $10 for a jack, and spent an hour desoldering and soldering the new one in. It runs like a top and has more than enough power to run XP and the basic apps I need when traveling

Yep. I have a Macbook and an iMac, and they pretty much satisfy all the needs that I have for the most part. I don't see a need to go back to Windows at all. Too much trouble back there.

I have my trusty MB and a Linux server that is in desperate need of updating. In my current living arrangement, it has little use so I'm waiting until I get my own place to start updating/using it again.

My computer is a MBP, but I also have a media server built from an old junk desktop. My wife has a Dell laptop and desktop. But the only computer I use on a regular basis is the mac, sometimes in windows mostly in OSX

Oh Ya.. we are Mac Heads. Theres like 8 in arms reach and many in storage ..old by you'lls standards. 3 PC towers in arms reach..lots of laptops some with XP others have Linux on them. Just picked up a nice HP Pavilion laptop needs a new board..its in the junk room with other PCs waiting to be fixed. This is what dumpster diving gets ya.

This MacBook might as well be my only computer. and no I do not dual boot. I do have two desktops but Im rarely around them I put them in my dads office for him and he mainly uses them know. I use them maybe 1/5 of the time.
