Just purchased a PPS Charger that has a USB-A port on it. I charge the iPad Air 2 using a USB-A to lighting cable.

The spec on this charger for th USB-A is:

Will this USB-A port cause any problems charging this iPad. Will it charge it faster.

No and No.

EDIT: Well. on that second "No" I guess it shoudl be "Probably No." If you are currently usiing a really wimpy charger that is below Apple specs for the iPad, it is charging at less than the speed it could. However, adding "watts" to the charger beyond what the iPad is designed for won't speed it up beyond the speed at the recommended limits.

But, basically, it's still "No and No."
