Imac help

hi guys,

i'm new to this forum but i'm having a little trouble with one of my imacs, i have the new version of mac OS, all software updates in place, but when i try to install the new windows 7, it won't let me. I have the 12 gig imac about 2 months old, i need the 64 windows version for a rendering programme i use which is only out in 32 for mac and i need high resolution rendering, any help would be much appreciated.

If you give some more details, like what type error, if any you are getting, etc., it would be helpful. I have not installed Windows through bootcamp, but with some more info, Iam sure one of the more knowledgeable members here will be able to point you in the right direction.

I have the 12 gig imac about 2 months old,

There really is no such thing as "the 12 gig iMac". iMac's are identified by:

- the size of their display
- the type of processor they have
- the speed of the processor
- sometimes the video card hardware

Identifying your computer (iMac) properly can many times be very important for solving problems & answering questions.
