How to transfer a voice memo from iMac to iPod

I have a VM on my iMac and wish to transfer it to my iMac. How do I do it?

You should be able to share it using the Share icon.

Bob's response is spot on for iMac to iMac; but @flyboyy, your Header says iMac to iPod.

And I'm assuming that you mean the original iPod and not the iPod touch??

It makes a difference because the "Touch" has WiFi and Bluetooth (BT) whereas the only way to transfer from iMac to Pod is by USB connection to your iMac AFAIK.

I clicked on the share on the imac and I did not see the voice memo icon show up. (BTW I have a Touch, sorry for not being specific.)

The whole reason for this is is that "voice memos" on the touch has a 15 second rewind and a 15 second FFwd. We are transcribing a 4+ hour lecture and the way we have it now, we put it in "Music" and transferred it into iTunes/ to the Touch, but we find the FFwd and Rewind buttons are too finicky in "Music"for the long lecture.
