How to delete subscriptions

I am trying to delete an apple subscription. I go to the App Store, click the sign-in button, click view information at the top of the window, and sign in. When that page appears, I need to scroll down until I see subscriptions, then click manage. The problem I am having is that subscriptions doesn't show up.....

I am running Mojave version 10.15.7 on an iMac... What am I doing wrong??? Any help is greatly appreciated!

Which subscription are you trying to remove?

When you go to the Mac App Store (from your Mac), you can only manage those subscriptions which apply, such as Microsoft Office 365.

If you're trying to manage an iOS application subscription, you'll need to do that from your iPhone or iPad.

Maybe not helpful, but you are either running macOS Mojave 10.14.6 or macOS Catalina 10.15.7
