I figured that would be your method!;) Hopefully I'm not going to see you on trial on Court TV/True TV. It's amazing how many trials they have on there are from Florida.

- Nick

See Signature.
To deal w/ stress from working with idiots it usually helps me to take a long shower.
To deal w/ stress from using Windows @ work go home and use the Mac.
To deal w/ stress similar to what you got going try just hanging out with your friends, which is sometimes the best stress reliever for me.

That's why the people are on trial on Court TV & not the guns.;)

- Nick

Oh you trigger happy Americans ;P

Guns make it 100% easier to kill people. People use guns to kill people! Or to defend themselves from people who have guns.

People do kill not guns.
But people with guns have a much easier time killing people when people without guns. That's why I'm totally against guns in pretty much all forms.

This is how I deal with stress, nothing like doing a few mag dumps at the range to relax.

My favorites to shoot at the range are the Beretta cx4 storm carbine, and the S&W 1911. It's too bad my local range has turned into a bunch of a-holes. Even though I have a yearly membership, and have been there SO many times, they kicked me out when one day they claimed I was lying about the Storm...since they no longer carried it. I let my birds loose! That guy was an idiot, and I called him out on it too! Haven't been there since. I swear, gun range workers have some of the shortest tempers on earth! It's scary that they holster a weapon, as well as have access to everything there, with that kind of temper.

Since I don't see anything new or creative from the anti gun crowd, I'll sit this one out.

Nice Glock BTW. I carry a G19 sometimes, but spend most of my time with 1911s. I use to CCW a G26, but traded it in on a G30 which my wife now carries.

I'm surprised, and impressed, that this is the first reference I've seen to this in the forums. I figured we'd have a flame thread by now...

Back in probably 6th grade when my dad first had his PTSD triggered, was when I first learned about stress. I deal with by making daily video logs, audio logs, or written logs, which ever I have best access to throughout the day. Many like to forget about the past, and stick in the present. I’ve always found dwelling on the past can help you forget the things you don’t like about it.

My dad has also started something like this, except whenever he doesn’t like something or is stressed, he writes about it.

Very True....

I don't think it's so much forgetting about it as it is learning to deal with the stress issues after a certain amount of time. Sure it can cause more stress short term but after a while the things stop bothering you, stop causing stress all together for you and you move on from them.

Dwelling in the past can be just as stressful if there was a problem in the past that caused the stress in the first place. The stress doesn't go away

I play paintball.
Nothing relieves stress like shooting someone.
The more I play the better my stress levels are.
Only played once this year and that was in March so it has not been a good year and my friends notice it.
