How do I find out my keychain password? Or reset it?

Ok, so I sent my macbook 10.5 for repairs and it came back but since then if I want to install anything e.g download a track from i-tunes or install some new software on it, I'm asked for the admin user name and password.
I know my user name, and my password hasn't changed as the prompt is still the same, so I;m thinking about the keychain access?
I don't know the keychain password originally, therefore can't change it

Can anyone help? Please?

Thanks

Open Mac Help from top menu bar. Type Keychain in the search field, press Return. Check through all the options available to you and choose the one that lets you get to your password(s). Not knowing the original one could be problematic.

Being asked for a password when installing any software/update that requires access to the OS is not unusual.

Rather it is the norm and not at all unusual behaviour.
