Help set up Mac Pro?

I recently got a used Mac Pro 5.1 Model 2010
Quad 3.2
2 hd
one 128GB SSD on PCIe where mac 10.11 is on.
one 2GB HD.

I current using macpro 1.1 where all my OS and data in one internal 2TB hd and one backup internal HD
how do I transfer all my data to this new mac
I assume that iTunes and iPhoto have to be in this SSD hd it is boot from there..
I have large music and photo collection'

Use the built in Migration Assistant. (Applications, Utilities, Migration Assistant.app) Or you can use Target Disk Mode.
