So, I want to get a 7200rpm drive for my new MacBoo Pro.

Both the Hitachi 7K320 and the WD Scorpio Black are about $99 at Newegg.com. They're pretty much identical drives (320GB, 7200rpm, 16MB cache)

My MBP came with a Hitachi 5K320. I guess the 7K320 would be a logical upgrade choice.

What do you guys think?

I think the 7K320 is newer than the other two, so I dunno. I just checked Tom's Hardware benchmarks for the 2.5" HDDs and Seagate beats it out in almost everything.
